Welcome to Week 10!

This week’s PBL focus is: Being a good role model

During the lesson this week, we will investigate what it means to be a good role model and the type of characteristics that would be seen in one. Students will discuss how to be a good role model and discuss people in their lives that have had a positive impact on them. 

Congratulations to all students of Calliope State School! You have all worked together to achieve our 20 whole class stamp chart goal! Everyone will get to celebrate together Wednesday afternoon with our CSS PBL Celebration Colour Run. The starting time of the colour run has now changed to 2:20pm, to allow for students to get ready and transition down to the front oval. Please make sure students have closed in shoes to wear and old clothes/white shirt. Students will also need a hat to be sun safe. A towel will also be a must, as we will have the Rural Fire Brigade taking part in our colour run with the fire truck.
