A huge congratulations to our Girls’ Soccer team for coming runners-up in the Toyworld Cup Competition. Last Thursday, the girls defeated St John’s in the semi finals to make it through to the Grand Finals against St Francis. It was an awesome game of soccer that finished in a draw 2-2. It came down to a nail-biting penalty shoot-out with one goal in it... it was intense! A big pat on the back to Halle who took on the position of being our mighty goal keeper in the pressure cooker shoot out. You did us proud! Mrs Betts, Mr Pizzy, the parents and teachers watching were proud of the skill and sportsmanship of these girls.
