Weekly Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)
Week 9 is here and the holidays are not far away, but that does not mean we should be lax with teaching behaviour which is why the Positive Behaviour for Learning lesson this week is: Respectful – I Display Best Behaviour At All Times. We can display our best behaviour in a number of ways at school; these include:
- Being prompt for class with all our equipment and lining up quietly;
- Following teacher instructions straight away;
- Raising our hands to speak or ask permission to leave our seat;
- Being honest and trustworthy; and,
- Helping our fellow classmates by allowing them to learn.
Please take a moment to remind your child/children of the importance of displaying best behaviour at all times.
Just a reminder that Fantastic Fun Friday is on this week and that there are has been a change with the Prep-2 event. The lower school will now be engaging in a Spring Picnic at first break. This also allows the upper school students who do not wish to do the Student vs Teacher beep test the chance to go and join in on the grass at break time. For those keen to race, Years 3-6 will be in the hall at the same time facing off against the teachers.
Please remind your child/children to get their stamp charts in to be a part of the fun.
Enjoy your week.
