Welcome to Week Nine. Students are now completing their assessments and we have parent/caregiver interviews next Tuesday. This will give teachers and parents/caregivers an opportunity to see how their children are performing in their new grade levels for 2025 and where support may be needed. Next week we are looking forward to our cross country and Easter Bonnet Parade. I am excited to see all the amazing creations our students come up with for their bonnet.

• The webpages contain information for:

  • Parents and the community

• The website has tips for parents and the community on:
  • How to get help
  • What to do if you're being bullied
  • Helping a friend who’s being bullied
  • If someone calls you a bully
  • Cyberbullying
  • Bullying No Way has worked with First Nations academics and educators to curate culturally responsive, evidence-informed and culturally responsive bullying prevention resources for schools, students and parents/carers.
  • The resources can help First Nations students feel respected and heard while providing resources for non-Indigenous students to better understand the lived experiences of their peers.
