This program is evidenced based & focused on attachment theory, and we know when applied it will strengthen relationships.

Experiencing the death of a loved one can cause soul shifting, deep bereavement that can leave many people feeling alone and confused. There are often moments after bereavement where we can feel unsupported or isolated. Our Grief Support Circles are a safe & supportive place for those that have experienced bereavement & would like peer to peer support, honour their loved one, or learn some new skills that might assist in the grieving process. How you participate at the session is up to you, in this gentle and welcoming space.
