Hi Families,
Can you believe it is only two months until Christmas!. We’re so excited to be running the Holly Jolly Markets, Saturday 7th December 2024. If you have any items you wish to donate towards the P&C stall please feel free to email communication.calliope@gmail.com or items can be dropped off at the uniform shop on Friday mornings between 8:30-9am.
Due to safety reason, items such as electrical, stained and damaged clothing, used beauty and hygiene products, white goods can not be accepted.
Items that can be donated such as toys, puzzles/board games, clothing (good condition), home décor, dvds, crockery, camping equipment, fishing items, furniture, arts and crafts, items you would sell at a garage sale.
If you are interested in holding your own stall, please email pandc@calliopess.eq.edu.au to obtain an application, public liability insurance will be required.

World Teachers Day!
In a world filled with countless professions, there's one group of individuals who stand as the architects of our future, the catalysts of knowledge, and the unsung heroes of society – our teachers.
Friday, the P&C extend their heartfelt thanks by hosting a morning tea for all the teachers at Calliope State School who have not only imparted knowledge but have also instilled in our children the values of wisdom, integrity, and perseverance.
Thank you for being a guiding light in our child's journey. Your passion makes the world of difference.
Election Day Sausage Sizzle
A big thank you to all who supported our sausage sizzle on Saturday. It was a sell out!!!! As always, all money raised goes back to providing and supporting our children.

Uniform Shop
We are urgently seeking volunteers to help pack orders weekly/fortnightly on a Friday for 1 hour (8:30-9am). If you are available and have completed your mandatory training, please email uniformshop.calliope@gmail.com
