Hi Families,
Not long now until we all can enjoy some deserved family time over the school holidays.
The P&C would like to give a big THANK YOU to all the volunteers and organisers who helped with this year’s Father’s Day stall. It was great to see so many smiling faces and excited children selecting their special gifts for their loved ones. The day was a success, and we appreciate your involvement.
We hope all our Dads, Step-dads, Grandad’s, Uncles and role models had a very special day!

Uniform Shop
We are urgently seeking volunteers to help pack orders weekly/fortnightly on a Friday for 1 hour (8:30-9am). If you are available and have completed your mandatory training, please email uniformshop.calliope@gmail.com
New school hats have arrived! These will be available for sale soon…. Watch this space. The old hats are still available while stocks last.
Next P&C Meeting
Our next P&C meeting will be next Tuesday September 10th at 5:00pm in the Administration building. Even though Term 3 is coming to an end, there is still so much going on around the school next term and even beyond into next year!
There are many ways to get involved and coming along to a meeting doesn’t mean you need to become a member or leave with a job to do. Sticky beaking is welcomed and if you want to find out any specifics on what the P&C is up to or how we spend fundraising money; all this is discussed at meetings.
Our treasurer gives a report at every meeting that provides all the details about funds in and out! If you would like a vote on how we spend and allocate fundraising money, we would love to have you come along to a meeting and fill out a membership form.
Our objective is to continue this great work and keep kicking goals in all areas of strategic planning, fundraising, school improvements and community engagement. We would genuinely love to hear from the school community with any thoughts or ideas you have on how we can all work together to keep making progress in these areas.
