Calliope SS has many talented sporting stars who are achieving great results outside of school, and Mrs Betts loves to brag about their achievements. On the weekend, Addy, Priyah and Stella played for the Gladstone Touch U10 Rep side at the CQ Championships. It was two days of competition against Mackay, Rockhampton and Bundaberg and their team made it into the grand finals and finished runner-up in the competition. Awesome work girls!

Adele is shooting hoops in the basketball league. Recently, her U14 Girls Gladstone Power team came runners up in the Central Queensland Representative Championships. Adele will compete at State Championships next month. Go Adele!
