Prep B students have been working so hard and having lots of fun learning this term.

In English we have been reading various fairytale stories. Miss Ellis is super impressed as we are using our knowledge of letter names and sounds to be able to write the beginning, middle and end to each fairytale such as Little Red Riding Hood, The Three Little Pigs, Jack and the Beanstalk and The Gingerbread Man.

In Maths we have been using lots of hands-on materials to help us sort shapes and continuing to practise our counting skills.

In Science we have been exploring materials. We have loved being able to link this unit to our English unit and be creative with our knowledge to build chairs for Goldilocks and rafts for the Gingerbread Man.
