Resilience Project
The Resilience Project (TRP) supports young people to form evidence-based habits that will increase their capacity to deal with challenges, changes and stressors in the future.
The lessons (45 minute weekly lessons) in The Resilience Project curriculum are focused on four evidence based positive mental health strategies:
GEM-EL
G- Gratitiude
E-Empathy
M-Mindfullness
EL- Emotional Literacy
Staff at Calliope State School are also focusing on these four positive health strategies, imbedding a whole school approach to TRP.
