Congratulations to our sporting champ Brooklyn who has made representative level in  two sports this year.

Brooklyn was selected in the CQ Bulls touch football team and recently played at the ‘Door Dash’ National Touch Championships on the Sunshine Coast. Brooklyn also was selected in the 2024 Capricorn Star Netball Squad.

What a champion!  

Toy World Cup this year was once again an epic event. Calliope teams took the fields, excited and nervous. Our students demonstrated sportsmanship and class as well as great skill. It was a round robin of hard fought matches, with us victorious, drawing and unfortunately some losses. We were Calliope Cool Kids in all ways and made the school proud.

We would like to send a special thank you to all of the parents who withstood the heat to come and support and a massive thank you to Alex who took the boys team. What an awesome group of young sports men and women we have at our school.
